Return Policy

  1. If your product is defective / damaged or incorrect / incomplete/expired at the time of delivery, please contact us within the applicable return window within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Dairy products are likely to be returned at the same time due to the fragility of such items.
  3. Your product may be eligible for refund or replacement depending on:

-The product must be unused.

-The product must include the original tags.

-The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging. Do not put tape or stickers on the packaging/box.

Please Note:  If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to not refund it or money will not be returned.
